What We Do
As a collective of educational and social justice leaders who are dedicated to ensuring that ALL students have equitable access to a quality education, we work across four California regions supporting equity-based structures and practices in the areas of:
- Teachers of mathematics and English language arts;
- School staff in their Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) program;
- Family engagement;
- School leadership through an equity lens: and,
- College readiness.
California GEAR UP Serves:
- Riverside, Sacramento, San Diego, Tulare and Kings Counties
- 33 high-need middle and high schools
- 415 administrators, teachers, and staff
- 36,446 enrolled students*
